“An unforgettable mountain gateway”

Incredible property that blends relaxation, great hospitality, and stunning views. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, though a bit old; the hotel is under renovation and we expect the rooms to be updated next time. The room opened onto a lovely garden overlooking the mountains and valley—5 stars for the view! The culinary experience was exceptional; both breakfast and dinner spreads were good and the food delicious. The restaurant manager and the owner herself were keen on gathering customer feedback. The staff are incredibly polite, warm, and always eager to help. From a seamless check‑in to providing great local recommendations, their hospitality made us feel right at home. The hotel also offers a fantastic range of recreation activities—live music, a cool evening bonfire, pool, TT tables, and a game of tambola.

Tasty food with live music and beautiful landscapes. Monkeys prevented us from using the private balcony in our room, so we couldn’t enjoy it.

“not recommended even with a good location”

I like the location of the hotel. so many things i didnt like:- 1. they charge extra for kids extra bedding 2. the dinner timings start at 08.30 pm 3. staff always expects tips for every services, they'll keep on standing at ur head untill you give them a tip 4. the crockery was very old and indecent 5. for tea they charge Rs. 100/- which is tasteless 6. service is slow

“A well managed hotel stay that has the warmth of home”

The staff were friendly, the owners personally asked for feedback, the view was beautiful, and the food was tasty. There wasn’t much else that bothered us.
