The rooms are very clean, but the location is far away.

The location and the reception staff during check‑in were the highlights. However, the overall experience was disappointing: the room arrived unclean and poorly maintained, with remnants of putty and plaster in the bathroom and on the floor, a missing towel, and no bathroom rug. I also found the pricing information frustrating; in the afternoon I was told by phone that the rate was R$ 320, while the booking site listed a lower price. Later, the hotel quoted R$ 400, again higher than the website, and when I asked why the price had changed I received no clear explanation and the staff were quite rude. In the end we booked through the booking site. Given what we paid, I expected a clean, organized room in better condition.
