I’d give it 2.0/10; the staff’s behaviour is a little rude, they insist on an original Aadhar Card, and it’s not a safe place if you’re with family. They change their terms and conditions before and after arrival, and the location is very clumsy and congested.
I’d give it 10.0/10; the ambience is very good and the staff are well behaved.

I’d rate it 1.0/10: avoid at all costs—this hotel is an absolute disgrace. No basic facilities, not even cold water, let alone hot water. We arrived to a filthy, unsanitary room, blankets and bedsheets weren’t washed, water stopped working by morning, staff were useless and unresponsive, and the employees’ behaviour was abysmal and unprofessional. Staying here was a nightmare; book somewhere else.
