I didn’t like the location or the exterior appearance of the inn, so I decided not to stay; the hotel claimed to be 400 m from downtown Paraty, but I felt misled.

The lodge was spotless, the coffee was tasty, and the staff were very friendly, but the fridge outside felt a bit cramped.

The owner was attentive and the staff were polite, and the setting was great, yet we ran out of water and it took a while to get more at breakfast on the last day; after a certain time there was no coffee even when we asked, which made me think they were short-staffed, otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel's staff demonstrated exceptional training, but the accommodations fell short of expectations. The room's temperature and humidity were unbearable, and the bathroom facilities were subpar. Overall, the hotel's location was not ideal.
