The hotel is very conveniently located, literally a 10‑minute walk to St. Mark’s Square, in a quiet alley, and just two steps away from a boat launch. The staff are pleasant and try hard. Overall, the hotel is quite worn out: the rooms have poor sound insulation, the ergonomics are off, room 4 sits next to the service block and you can hear staff coming and going frequently, the curtains don’t close properly (the room is at street‑lamp level), there are occasional unpleasant odors, and the wooden pillows…

“Un buen lugar para estar en Venecia!”

I spent a few days in Venice here, and it was a calm experience in the best part of the city. Everything was fine, no complaints.

Terrific breakfast! The staff were very helpful, warm and welcoming. The AC in the room was very efficient and the size of the room was quite ample for Venice

The location is great, the room is bright and the color scheme is pleasant. The staff, especially Alessandro and his colleagues at the front desk, were very friendly and helpful.
