The location is in the city center, which is great. However, the interior feels old and worn, with a dusty carpet in the room. The restaurant exists but we didn’t eat there because the entrance area and adjacent rooms left a somewhat disorganized impression, so we couldn’t judge the kitchen quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice, spacious, with a winter garden and roof terrace. Breakfast was okay.

The room was large, the bathroom was new, there was a balcony, and the location was quiet. The room was dusty, glasses were dirty, the vending machine didn’t work, and the price‑performance ratio was not great.

I booked the place because of a local run (UTFS) and the location was ideal, practically right by the start/finish line and close to the train station, plus they offered breakfast as early as 05:15 for the early start, but the accommodation looked very old and worn, as if no substantial investment had been made in the past four decades; there were no blinds and the curtains were thin, so the room was bright first thing in the morning, the breakfast was minimal with hardly any choice, and while two nights were tolerable, €100 per night for a single room felt too pricey.
