“The key card to open the door didn’t function correctly. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken”
The place was great, and although it was crowded on Sunday, the staff handled it well; it was still crowded.

Everything was great, and I have nothing to complain about.

The breakfast was good, but I was surprised that the staff served the main portions—potatoes, eggs, and protein—rather than letting guests serve themselves. I would have preferred to receive the final invoice at checkout; instead I’m still waiting for an email with the detailed charges, and after filing a claim with Marriott I haven’t heard back yet.
