No way to reach them by email or phone. I couldn't get the pin for entry, not in my profile or confirmation email. Very unprofessional. Had to cancel and find another place, but that went smoothly.

The manager never answered any messages—no key questions, no invoice request. Lucky I ran into a neighbor who helped me when I arrived.

Room was fine and clean, but staff were unreachable and I couldn't change my booking before arrival. Bathroom wasn't really clean.
