The room was nice and the place was easy to reach from the city center by tram, well located. There were restaurants nearby for meals, and the breakfast was decent for the price. I was disappointed that there was no elevator; we weren’t told about the two flights of stairs when we booked, even though the building has one that can’t be used. Check‑in was only available until 12 am, another detail that wasn’t mentioned at booking; they sent a WhatsApp message 48 hours before to inform us. The lady who attended us was not pleasant; she wrote in Italian on WhatsApp, and when I asked politely for help she told me to use Google Translate, which felt disrespectful. She seemed annoyed by the Spanish instructions we had on hand. Also, the bathroom was outside the room and required a key lock, another omission from the booking details.

The location was good, the rooms were nice and the place was very quiet. The lack of an elevator made it hard to bring heavy luggage up; the Wi‑Fi was terrible and I could barely use it.
