The location was good, it felt like a quiet motel with no traffic noise, and the parking lot was well lit at night; the interior looked almost brand new.

The roof was above my head, but the motel cancelled the Booking offer and charged a much higher price on the spot because of the long weekend and the scarcity of rooms in Vancouver; the rooms needed renovation and had hair from previous guests on the blankets, and we stayed only because there were no other lodging options.
