I liked the comfortable space and the beds, but the BBQ was filthy with a lot of mold, so I couldn't cook my pre‑made dinner; I chose this place for its BBQ and ended up very disappointed.

I came for Māoriland, and the owners were extremely kind and flexible; the view was great, beach access superb, and it was so quiet that I could work from the accommodation; the BBQ and spa pool were awesome. The only downside was that I couldn't stay longer.

When we arrived, the Guesthouse told us it was double‑booked, forcing us to scramble for other lodging that evening.
