“I will never stay at this hotel again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone, really disappointed”
Breakfast was okay nothing amazing but the chefs cooking taste was very good. The people that works at the reception need to learn their manners first, they need to learn how to greet costumers everytime they see them entering the hotel. There wasn't any warning in the middle of my husband having a shower the water stopped, and no one bothered to answer what was happening with the water. After it got fixed for 1 hour the water was very brownie colour no one from the reception called us too check on us. The hotel didn't provide us with any milk for our tea/coffee which was very disappointed. I called the reception and requested for a hairdryer they said they will get back to me but I stayed for 4 days they didn't get back to me about it. I also requested for other basic things which at the time reception told me they will get back to me but they never bothered. However the house keeping at the hotel were amazing, they did everything to make our stay comfortable. One particular house keeper who's name is Md Nasir Molla was lovely at his service, he tried to facilitie us with everything that we've asked for, he went up and above with us. He kept checking if we need anything and provided us with our request. In my opinion he deserves a promotion
