La ubicación. El olor a cañería en el baño y poco aseo, había muchos pelos en la cama y baño.

The place was perfectly situated and they let me into my room an hour before the official check‑in, which I really appreciated; they also agreed to store my luggage after checkout while I ran an errand, which was a big help. On the downside, the cleaning could have been better and there was a broken glass pane in the lobby—staff said it was from an accident during a match a few days earlier and would be replaced soon, but it remained a potential hazard throughout our stay.
