The location is fantastic, right in the city’s heart. The hotel’s staff are kind, helpful, and courteous. The small 4‑bedroom boutique hotel is steeped in history, revealed during the tour, and filled with antiques and collectibles gathered by the owners over the last century. I would definitely recommend it if you want personalized service and an intimate experience. Nothing else.

A very elegant little hotel. I really liked the flourishes in my room. The staff were always available, adaptable, and friendly. The single full breakfast I had was the best of my entire trip. It’s well located, near the historic center and with access to La Cañada and the rest of the city. The shower water pressure was a little weak.

The staff were wonderful, especially Julieta who was very lovely and just a nice person. The area is in the old town and within walking distance to tourist attractions. The lobby/main area of the hotel is historical and beautiful with antique furniture. Breakfast is continental. The room and bathroom were not very clean. The mattress was hard and not even; it has an incline on one side. The window shutters were very dusty.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff, we did a brief tour of the place. The shower water pressure was low.
