The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious, but the hygiene was poor, the central air control didn't work properly, and breakfast was bad with few options—really awful. Initially I was put in a room with terrible noise from the HVAC and dirty walls; after telling reception, they moved me to a better room where the air worked, though the thermostat only adjusted temperature and couldn't turn it off.

I appreciated how helpful the staff were at reception and in the restaurant, but I didn't like how hard it was to use the TV controls, the noise from neighboring bathrooms, and the weak shower jet.
