Dirty, unliveable Construction work upstairs at 3 am

Enttäuschend. Obwohl ich eine Buchungsbestättigung hatte un 30% vorausbezahlt habe, haben sie bei Ankunft um 20.00uhr mir gesagt, dass Ausländer dürfen hier nicht übernachten. Sie haben mich zu einem anderen sehr schlechten Hotel gebracht. Weder 24h Service noch Hotel Management haben mir geholfen. Ich finde dies ist ein Betrug und scwache Leistung. Nichts

This establishment does not accept foreigners; only Indian nationals can stay here. I paid anyway, but no one can refund me. Shameful! Why keep this hotel?
