The surroundings and view were great, and the pool was nice for a quick dip and relaxing in the sunshine. The stay felt a bit dated, the living room was very dark and lacked atmosphere. The kitchen hood and lights didn’t work, and the air‑conditioner required an extra fee, while the one in the living room barely functioned. We expected a better experience. Towels weren’t replenished for five nights; extra payment was needed. It’s not a hotel, as they said. The remote for the old TV was missing batteries—sad, because it could have added some charm.

The terrace and pool views were breathtaking, and the equipment was sufficient: microwave, kettle, toaster. The stove was slightly tilted, making it risky to place pots on it, and the kitchen had many ants.

The location is a dream, and the pool with that view is indescribable. The staff are very helpful and reachable, and we’ll definitely recommend it to friends. The last stretch of the drive is a gravel road, which you should know about, so the approach is a bit tough. But the stunning view inside the property rewards the effort.

The place is quiet, the pool is beautiful, and the view of the Tuscan hills is splendid. The owners are friendly and helpful.
