The apartment floor had numerous gaps and wasn’t fixed, and the long winding path was very slippery when it rained and uneven in places.

They didn’t serve breakfast, and there were no milk cartons in the room, plus the tea selection was very limited.

The rooms were lovely and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was delicious, showing the property’s great potential, but the overall cleanliness was disappointing: there was a lot of dust everywhere, I had to dust the surfaces myself and ask for a second vacuuming, the bathroom had mould and needed a deep clean, and housekeeping needs a serious upgrade in detail and hygiene.

Good location. The restaurant has a nice garden view. So close to some gardens if you go to Leura in garden festival. A bit pricy for the quality of the room but it is long weeken so we understand
