The staff were very very gracious and accommodating. Especially Anna. Only cold water in the shower, welcome to Colombia

Esta bien. No están pendientes del correo, ni del teléfono, ni del chat de Booking. Cuando llegué la recepcionista no sabía que íbamos, pero solucionó consiguiendonos otro cuarto
