“Very good”

They offer breakfast or dinner, and you just need to tell them the night before. The kitchen is outside and comfortable for eating there. You can address any questions in their WA group. The room we stayed in is large, with a good shower and comfortable beds. The place is 10 m from Malioboro Street. The staff were lovely and welcoming. It would be nice to have a TV in the room. The street is noisy in the morning, especially at 7 AM with a lot of police whistles, but otherwise the place is quiet for the rest of the day. You may hear the mosque loudly in the room every morning.

“Large room in a not a bad location”

I stayed in a spacious room with pleasant staff and a good price, though the hot water tank didn’t supply enough water for a single shower.

“If you want to stay in the central, here is the best choice”

Booking this place surprised me with how central it is—just a walk to museums, Mallibolo, the super early food market Pasar Ngasem, and sights like the water palace. The room is large, clean, and the bed is very comfortable, and the owner lady is super kind, but I had to carry my suitcase down the stairs.

All'Omah Gerjen felt like home, thanks to the staff who even surprised us with a beautiful birthday celebration! There is real attention to the customer, starting before arrival: they helped with the transfer from Semarang to Yogyakarta. The room is spacious and clean, has several support points, a shower that works very well, and the Wi‑Fi signal is great! The bed is very comfortable. The common areas are well kept: the kitchen has a microwave and a spacious fridge for guests. Our room faced the street and was a bit noisy, perhaps better to choose an interior one. In any case we slept well with earplugs.

The room is spacious and lovely. The location is fantastic. The food from the host is great, and the hospitality is excellent all around.
