The motel was quiet and friendly, the shower exceptional, beds comfy – the best stay yet on my southbound trip from Mackay. I could park bikes right outside the door, out of the road view.

We stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of our trip and again at the end; the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the motel’s habit of providing a face cloth and tissues earns us a big tick; I left my jacket at the first stop, it was kept safe and returned when I came back.
