The location is great, the renovations didn’t disturb our stay, and the food was amazing.

“Practical for airport stay”

The location is good for the airport and the pool is nice. It’s a shame the bridge is closed, but they do offer a shuttle bus. Some areas feel a little dated, though they’re being refurbished. The hotel lacks a lot of vibe. I wouldn’t stay for a long period, but it’s fine for a layover.

“Excellent stay, ideal for airport”

While the hotel was under renovation, we were upgraded to a new room. Nothing was problematic.

“Under renovations until 30 September”

The hotel tells you right when you book that it’s under renovation until the end of September, so you decide whether to keep the reservation. Google Maps shows it close to Don Mueang Airport, but the highway cuts between the airport and the hotel, so you have to travel a few kilometres in either direction and make a U‑turn to reach the other side; this can take up to 40 minutes with traffic or bad weather. The hotel has a desk at DM airport and quickly arranges a complimentary transfer, which worked for me—I didn’t want to climb stairs or walk with luggage. I hope they keep this service after the renovations (and the connecting walkway is open). I stayed in one of the newly refurbished rooms, which was very nice. The room had very cold air‑conditioning and the view was unremarkable, but the bed was comfortable and the furniture was modern and new. I chose the hotel breakfast; it was substantial with many options, but very busy. The layout is a bit messy because of the renovation, but once you navigate the corridors and lifts to reach your room, everything is fine. The price was a bit high considering the renovation, and the location wasn’t as accessible to DM airport as I expected.
