I had no positive aspects to mention about this hotel. The room was poorly managed, never cleaned, and a cockroach was moving around the bed. The blanket was terrible and the sheet smelled; the TV didn’t work properly and the pillow was low quality. A mosquito and a cockroach kept me from sleeping. The hotel offered no facilities, and the receptionist refused to provide proper service. My breakfast reservation was ignored. Overall, the experience was very bad.

A couple of staff were very friendly and the service was excellent; I highly recommend this place. Everything else was fine.

The location was decent and the staff were friendly, offering good value for money. However, the facilities and the building need some maintenance.
