Beautiful location & property that deserves to be excellent but just not quite there. Lovely rooms & super comfy beds. Excellent food. Lovely young staff in need of management guidance. There’s a disconnection between each restaurant & no pool service available. We had to go into the bar & get our own carafes of water. Perhaps water stations or an honesty bar might work if not enough staff available. Breakfast service was so slow & disjointed on all 3 days & every coffee arrived cold. There’s no bar area as such for a Sundowner & nobody knew where we could get a glass of wine as we were sent between restaurants. Wines & champagne served warm. Little issues that just need attention but when all put together become irritating. It really is a hotel that is so close to being superb
