“Magnifique hôtel au design épuré doté de superbes villas et d'un emplacement idéal, mais l'expérience a été tern”
The setting is gorgeous: the hotel is absolutely stunning with a very successful sleek design; the villas are spacious, truly large, and very beautiful; the location is ideal, making travel easy. The breakfast is served on plates, but the service is unfortunately very slow, and there’s a real lack of staff in peak season to keep things flowing smoothly. The pool areas lack enough mats around the main pool, and it’s a shame that one of the two pools is closed to children in high season while it remains desperately empty. Mosquitoes are a real scourge in the rooms, hard to deal with and especially unpleasant at night.

We were blown away by the stunning resort in the heart of Chaweng Beach. The rooms were massive and spotless, making it one of the nicest accommodations we've ever stayed in. However, the mosquitoes were a real nuisance, and we found it tough to keep them at bay, despite the staff's best efforts.

Everything was great: the spacious room with an in‑room pool, a very wide bed, clean‑up service, friendly and helpful staff, outside pools, and the beach; the hotel is just a 5‑minute walk from Chaweng mall, where our granddaughter can play on the kids’ playground with other children. This hotel is the best in Chaweng, the only downside is that there’s no kids menu.
