No complaints.

I was scheduled to check in at 3:00 pm, but at that exact time the staff admitted they had no idea when my room would be ready and gave no estimate. We ended up waiting in the lobby until 3:45 pm when a room finally became available.

The buffet food was tasty, and the cooks were wonderfully friendly, greeting each meal with a smile and staying nearby to meet any needs. The front‑desk staff were also friendly, guiding us to our rooms with a smile, though they didn’t give us directions before walking us in and opening the door—purely amazing service!

The room was comfortable and the bed was clean. However, the carpet in both the hallway and the room looked dirty and stained.
