We appreciated the warm welcome, the convivial and excellent meal made by a Corsican expert chef (thanks for the exceptional recipe of the bonifacienne eggplant, which we try to replicate in Touraine LOL). We enjoyed discussing this beautiful country and discovering it sincerely. The room was pleasant, the bathroom beautiful, the bed comfortable, and a fridge was available for a hot Indian summer.
