Good hotel in an excellent location. Everything was nearby: 7/11, a food market, massages, a clothing market, and the beach was a 10‑minute walk. I recommend it. The view from the room faced a wall, but that doesn’t matter.

The place sits in a great spot, but the front desk isn’t open 24 hours and the upfront deposit feels a bit inconvenient.

I stayed in a modern, spotless room right in the middle of Kata on the main road, and the windows blocked outside noise nicely. The bathroom was roomy with good water pressure, and the new TV had plenty of channels plus a small fridge. Cleaning was thorough, and they supplied comfy towels and slippers. The bed was large and comfortable. Everything was close by—7/11, bars, food, restaurants all within a block—and it was a 10‑minute walk to Karon or Kata beach, so I’d recommend it. The place feels more like a guesthouse than a hotel; there’s no full lobby, just a small reception open during business hours, which was clear to us and caused no issues. We also left our luggage for a few hours after checking out without any trouble.
