The room was dirty and hot, and there was no staff available to help with check‑in; the bell rang and rang, but nobody answered.

The front desk was advertised as 24 hr, but it wasn't; after a 12‑hour drive I arrived late, the phone and night buzzer were unresponsive, so I had to find another place to stay in the middle of the night—terrible!

The rates were cheap and affordable, yet the room stayed cold. The staff didn't clean, so when we arrived only a few rooms were tidy, and we booked a queen but received a full‑size bed. The AC keeps cycling on and never shuts off.

The price was reasonable, but cats and kittens at the front door and a very unkept, dirty entrance made the experience unpleasant.
