“Ottima struttura per tutta la famiglia.”

The place was clean and welcoming in its simplicity, and the staff were helpful and smiling, even guiding us on how to get to our destinations. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh, varied, non‑packaged items. The pool was nice and we could use it freely for almost the whole day. The entrance is a bit hard to spot because of the small gate, but with a little care you can find it. Also there isn’t a proper parking lot; you park on the uneven dirt under the trees, which didn’t bother me but is worth mentioning.

The property was great amid a stunning landscape, breakfast was superb, and Ms. Stefania was truly wonderful. Nothing to complain about – it was short, but we’d love to return.

“Brilliant place to stay for a tour of Umbria”

I loved the location and how friendly the staff were, especially Stefania, who was so lovely and helpful! The air‑conditioner didn’t handle the heat very well, so we struggled a bit at night, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room even though we tried to keep the door closed as much as possible… fortunately Stefania handed us a few things that helped with the bites.
