The location was convenient, the room was roomy with a microwave and fridge, and parking was on site. However, a smoke detector was wrapped in plastic and the room carried a cigarette smell that the cleaning crew should have caught. The facilities look old and could use a refresh, and the breakfast area was cramped and hard to navigate.

I love the waffle maker! I can’t think of anything to complain about.

They served a really good breakfast that was just right for what we needed.

I wasn’t happy with the fact that I paid for a room that had 2 beds and a pull out couch to fit 5 people and when I arrived there was no couch, and when I asked the front desk they didn’t see my accommodation and told me roll out cots were available for $20. I was not paying for something I was supposed to have

The location was a perfect blend between the airport and the UMaine campus. In the morning the water pressure was low, and the carpet in the room was damp from humidity and the hotel’s HVAC unit; LVT flooring would improve the room.
