Location was not very far from city centre. They cross-verified on the timing of our return at the night. Big Language Problem. They speak only Malayalam. Bathroom was stinky with insects. No facilities in room. Just light, fan with a small cupboard. Reception person has no clue about the advance payment. He was not believing that we paid few amount in advance

The hotel's location was a major plus - it was right in the heart of the city, making it super easy to get around. The room itself was really comfortable, with a great bed and decent-sized TV. The cleanliness was top-notch, too - the room was spotless and the bathroom was always stocked with fresh towels. But what really made the stay special was the staff - they were all super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer a question.

The room was a real highlight - it was spotless and had everything we needed. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a bit of a disaster - we didn't get any hot water for the first day, and it turned out it was because the solar heater wasn't working properly. Luckily, the staff were super helpful and sorted it out for us by the next day. It was a bit of a hassle, but the good vibes from the room and the friendly staff made up for it.
