Unfortunately this place falls far short of five‑star standards. Starting with the restaurant, we ordered two pizzas for about 800 UAH and were left disappointed – aside from tomato sauce and a cheese that felt like plastic, there was nothing to justify the price. The so‑called premium alcohol was only premium in name; the spirit taste was obvious and unpleasant. Service was also poor – ironing a shirt took between four and eight hours, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class. The rooms were another issue: the windows wouldn’t open, making the air stale, and even the air‑conditioner couldn’t create a comfortable environment. We had arranged a photo shoot for a wedding the day before, but as soon as we stepped onto the property an employee told us photography was forbidden, despite prior approval at the front desk. Breakfast wasn’t included in the rate, and for six people we paid over 7 000 UAH only to get fruit that wasn’t fresh and dishes that seemed stale. The only bright spot was the spa, though even that could have been larger and better equipped for a five‑star hotel. Overall, the price didn’t match the quality of service, comfort, or attention you’d expect from a five‑star property.
