The location was great, but the shower was awful, the hair dryer didn’t work, and the room was poorly lit with no lamp on the desk for reading; I asked for one and still haven’t received it.

The price was good, yet the toilet cistern was broken.

The place is well located, but after booking a day in advance I arrived to find my room not ready and had to wait almost 1:30 before they set up another room; one front‑desk staff member was very poorly trained, and the next morning I woke up to a staff member opening my door—terrible experience.

The hotel is very old and has a lot of mold, but the breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
