I loved the mountain atmosphere and having a ground floor room, it was really convenient. Nothing to complain about, a great stay.

This place was clean and efficient, and the lady at the reception was super friendly - that's why I gave it a good rating. It's also really close to the border and has good facilities, which was convenient for me. However, I wish they could remind guests about quiet hours because I was kept up by loud music from the next room at 2:30 am and noisy cars speeding away in the middle of the night.

I booked this place thinking I'd have a smooth stay, but things took a turn when I showed up and they told me my room was given to some French guests. Apparently, my passport wasn't priority enough. They sent me to a different hotel, which wasn't bad for the price, but it was pretty rude not to warn me or cancel my booking. Now I'm just cautioning others to be careful.
