The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Gakhan, Savas, and Sinor. The room was clean and the staff made the stay enjoyable. However, the room was quite small and the bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was very hard, and the location wasn’t that great.

Locatie excelenta, aproape de metrou, de statia de tramvai Aksaray, personal foarte amabil, curatenie zilnic, noi am gasit si loc de parcare in fata hotelului. Este a treia oara cand venim aici. Nu este cazul

The furniture, cleanliness, and everything else do not justify the price; the only bright spot is the excellent location, but otherwise it’s not worth the cost.

The staff were very pleasant and the public transport access is good, but the area and visibility aren’t that appealing.

The location is perfect, you can reach anywhere quickly by metro, tram, or train. The breakfast is varied and filling, and the hotel staff are very good and attentive to requests. Special thanks to Mr. Gólhan Savaș at reception – if I got his name wrong, no offense. 🌝 There’s nothing I’d complain about.
