It’s close to the railway station, but the rooms were untidy, with insects crawling on the floor! The beds were uncomfortable, the fridge in the room didn’t work, and neither did the AC.

Nothing positive. They wouldn’t let us enter the property even though we had confirmation and claimed the accommodation had been moved to another property, sending an email that was a clear lie. My parents had to find another hotel at midnight. It feels like a scam—do not book here.

This place is a gem for living, yet management seems to overlook it; it’s well-built but poorly kept. The main road location means the room smelled like a smoking area with road pollution. Facilities were very limited, and they wouldn’t serve anything before 8:30 am, claiming no milk, and the staff arrived late. The front‑desk guy finally arrived at 8:15 am and served us. When we asked twice for tea at 12:30 pm and again at 4:00 pm, the snobby staff declined, citing excuses. We also spotted a cockroach on our bed right after we entered, and no drinking water was provided.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, but one staff member stood out for their exceptional kindness and humility. Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was marred by a multitude of issues, including a dirty bed, unclean sheets, and a grimy sofa. The room itself was also in a state of disrepair, and the toilet was not properly cleaned. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
