Nothing was clean; I booked for five people through a booking site, but the room arrived set up for three and they said they had no larger rooms. The photos didn’t match what was shown online, everything was false, the sheets were dirty and covered in hair, they gave a wrong breakfast time and then tried to rush us out, the service was extremely rude, and the air‑conditioner was broken and barely worked. I paid for five, was told there was no room for that number, got a room with three beds, an added child cot and a tiny sofa; the linens were filthy with men’s hair, the staff were impolite, they lied about breakfast timing and were very unhelpful, and when I entered the hotel there were people shouting about cleanliness, insects everywhere.
