We stumbled upon Hotel Borgo Impero on our road trip and it turned out to be a real treasure. From the warm, friendly welcome to the airy, spacious rooms with crisp white cotton sheets that felt like pure luxury, we were thrilled to have found this place. Booking a dinner table was a smart move, because the restaurant filled up quickly with happy guests. The food was simply exquisite, each dish presented beautifully, and you could taste the chefs’ skill, passion, and love. The staff were knowledgeable about wine and food, kind and attentive, working together in harmony to create a calm yet exciting atmosphere. If you get the chance to visit, you’ll be genuinely happy.

The décor was very pleasant, the hotel quiet and elegant. We would have liked a breakfast service, but that might be added later. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for a stay in Borgonovo. Well done!

“Camere discrete, restaurazione da incubo”

The rooms and style were good, but the restaurant was a disappointment. We arrived after a long journey and would have been satisfied with a sandwich if that was possible (the venue was still open), yet the staff were unpleasantly uncooperative and denied us entry. Worse, while waiting for a response, they made us leave the premises. I’m at a loss for words. Zero hospitality!
