The owner's availability, the modern and functional furnishings are positives, but the refrigerator is faulty and insufficient for medium‑length stays. Air conditioning is missing, which is essential because the building is on a raised floor and faces the street, making it impossible to keep the windows open at night.

I really liked the place: the room was clean, the environment was well cared for and welcoming, the bed was comfortable and the atmosphere relaxed. The location was great and check‑in was easy. I didn't notice any negative aspects; the stay was pleasant and problem‑free.
