Nothing. The hotel was so cramped that I couldn’t find the blue room; nobody knows it, and even the taxi drivers aren’t sure it exists.

The shower lacked safety grips, making it easy for someone to slip.

Nothing. The room was closed off and had no ventilation, the bathroom was very small, there was no natural airflow, the TV was tiny, there was no lamp, the wardrobe was in a very awkward spot, there was no natural light, there was no elevator, nobody helped you lift luggage up the stairs, the towels were very old and only two, even though we booked a room for four people.

I found the room very comfortable, clean, with both hot and cold water and a wardrobe. The only downside was the view, which was obstructed by the neighbors.
