The spot of this place is great, right beside a bunch of bars, restaurants, and the train station, and the bed was super comfy, though the room was a little dusty.

The location was truly spectacular in the heart of Liverpool. The room lacked basic comforts: no bedside tables, no hangers, no towel hooks in the bathroom, and the showers were missing their proper fixtures. There were two tubs without protective covers or glass, and one was even broken.

The place is great in size, location, and cleanliness, very comfortable and good value for money, but some neighbors were quite noisy until the early hours.

The hotel was solid—staff, rooms, everything—just the bar next to my room had a loud event, but that wasn't the hotel’s fault.
