We loved the sea view and watching the waves crash, even though it rained a bit; the setting was thrilling. Host Jung was very helpful, ensured our comfort, and even took my husband to Duong Dong for dinner. Nothing could have improved the experience.

The young owner went out of his way to make us comfortable, and the room and its private terrace were spotless and stylish; the only drawback was the lack of a shade blind or umbrella and a sun‑proof mat for the lounge, because the heat becomes almost unbearable after noon, yet his helpfulness and service were outstanding. The surrounding area felt run‑down and the address wasn’t entered correctly, so taxis and rides waited farther away; the steps leading into the water from the terrace are slippery and should be taken only with shoes and caution, but once you manage that the water is lovely and shallow enough to stand in most spots. The treacherous walk to the “nearby” Pearl Resort isn’t worth it at all – the path is littered with construction debris, and after getting past the safety fence the otherwise nice sandy beach is littered with sharp stones that injured me.

The Beach House exceeded my expectations in every way - the cleanliness was impressive and the sunset view from the balcony was simply stunning. You could literally step from the small beach straight into the sea, and the comfy bed and cooking facilities made it feel like home. The only downside was the distance from town, but the bike provided was a great solution, and the owner's help with luggage was a nice touch. I preferred the local vibe, with fewer tourists around.

The flat has a lovely waterfront terrace and the owner is friendly and welcoming. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown - the hot shower had no water pressure, which was a bit of a disappointment. And don't expect to be surrounded by luxury - it's a bit rough around the edges.

The house itself is actually quite nice, but it's in a really remote location that's hard to reach by taxi. Without a scooter, you're pretty much stuck. The sea is also pretty dirty due to all the boats and farms nearby. To make matters worse, the resort is slowly sinking into the water, which is a bit alarming.
