“Muy sucio, descuidado y nada recomendable.”

The experience at this accommodation was frankly disappointing. First, it isn’t really a hotel but a very small room inside a chalet, which is already uncomfortable. Cleaning is completely absent. The bathroom, shared by four rooms, was in terrible condition: full of dirt, grime, and sometimes lacking toilet paper. It is by far the worst hygiene situation I have ever seen. The room itself is no better: cables were in very bad shape, even feeling dangerous; the beds were never made and dust accumulated everywhere. The wardrobes were in poor condition, with loose or falling handles; the bathroom drawers were dirty, full of debris and rusty. The overall impression is total neglect. The sheets seemed unclean, even as if bugs might be present. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making rest difficult. Overall, it’s a very poorly maintained place with serious maintenance and hygiene issues. I would not recommend it at all.

“Nada recomendable”

I didn’t like it at all; it was dirty, the facilities were awful, only the price was decent. In general, everything was filthy and neglected, and the service was terrible.
