The room was clean with a comfortable bed, breakfast was tasty with eggs, sausage, biscuits, and waffles, and the hand soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in dispensers were appreciated; however, the room needed more lighting, it smelled musty—perhaps hidden moisture—and the wall thermostat didn’t work so we had to use the controls on the unit under the window; the privacy and darkening shades were nice.

We love staying there, but everything about it feels like a bit of a mixed bag.

The staff were welcoming, accommodating, and friendly, but the first room smelled of cigarette smoke, so we were moved to another room that had a wet dog odor that we adjusted to by spraying perfume; the towels were scratchy and thin, and the room air conditioner was loud.

The place was clean enough, but the walls were paper thin and the neighbors next door were totally inconsiderate, talking loudly and blasting the TV so we could hear every word and scream of their shows all evening. Thanks a lot for a very disturbed stay!
