The place was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only downside was the bed, which was uncomfortable for an adult because the mattress felt like a net.

The location was ideal, communication was good, and the beach was just a short walk away with nice coffee shops and restaurants; the airport was 10‑15 minutes by car. The host was extremely flexible—after a heavy flight delay and a further delay due to lost luggage, she arranged a taxi for us and was easy to talk to. The only minor issue was that the B&B advertised a 3‑bedroom room, but the third bed that was added on short notice was very uncomfortable, definitely not suitable for an adult but maybe okay for a child.
