The staff at this hotel were incredibly kind and attentive to our needs, constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay.
I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and freshness of my room, which came equipped with slippers and toiletries.
The hotel's location is quite convenient, being relatively close to the airport and very close to the promenade.
The price-to-value ratio was exceptional, making it a great choice.

The hotel is in a wonderful location; the room is very bright, clean, and pleasant, the mattress is comfortable, the pillows are a bit large but that’s a personal preference, it’s near good coffee spots and the promenade where a pleasant walk is possible, and it’s a 10‑minute walk from Nizhny Duden. Getting to Lar Beach is easy by public transport or taxi, very quickly. I stayed one night and liked everything; the character was super friendly, UMUT helped me with all my questions, a very tactful and friendly young man. There’s a pub downstairs that’s pleasant to be in (I don’t drink, and as a sober person it’s important that there aren’t drunken crowds, this pub is nice just to sit!). The only downside is there are no hooks for towels, which is very inconvenient, no place to hang a drying swimsuit either; I stayed one night, so it wasn’t a problem for me, but for long‑term stays it would be very inconvenient. The toilet smells like sewage, unfortunately, and because the room is small the smell is felt in the room; it’s not very strong, but still.

The staff were very kind and friendly, attentive and very proper. The room had a shower and toilet that you could close with a door. Some guests can be quite noisy, but there’s little that can be done about that.

We booked a 2‑night stay for nearby dental work, but extending the stay was straightforward and quick. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed blanket was small, so we asked for an extra one, which the staff supplied without fuss.

The location was ideal, right by the sea front with many restaurants and nice walks nearby, and the value for money was excellent.
