The price was quite low, which made me a bit uneasy, but the clean room was comfortable. There was no AC, yet a modern fan was provided, making the nights manageable. The atmosphere was lovely, and I would have liked to stay a bit longer. The downside is that the hotel is far from Robina Beach, requiring a bike ride, though there are several good restaurants close to the beach.

The pool was nice, and when the overflow problem with excrement occurred, we were moved to another room for the second night. The reception wasn’t the warmest, even though they tried their best. The location is very close to the main road, and motorcycles and trucks run all night, making it noisy. The overall condition of the room was poor; the bed was small and uncomfortable, the air conditioning was very loud, there was no hot water at all, not even lukewarm. Finally, the pipes in the bathroom were backflowing and caused excrement to spill everywhere, forcing us to jump over it and endure the smell. Plumbing repairs are necessary.

The facilities were good and the service felt like home, with a restaurant offering a wide range of international dishes; the staff were very helpful, kind, and attentive. It was a bit far from Lovina beach, especially if you’re booking for dolphin watching, but that didn’t bother us.
