The check-in and check-out process took an excessively long time, and I was required to pay a deposit just to stay. Before even checking in, my luggage was inspected, which felt like an unnecessary invasion of my privacy.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant served delicious food. The gym was well-equipped, and the activities offered were engaging. The hotel's surroundings were also beautifully landscaped, complete with a stunning butterfly garden.

I was caught off guard when the hotel requested a cash deposit at check-in, and I wasn't prepared. The lack of English-speaking staff made communication a challenge, and I had to rely on one staff member who spoke English. The hotel's dated design and lack of a proper hot water system were major drawbacks - the shower was heated water next to the toilet, causing the bathroom to flood.
