It was super convenient that there was a free airport transfer; it took 10 minutes and you were at the hotel. Check‑in was quick. The price‑to‑quality ratio was great. We rested 5 hours between flights. We missed breakfast because we had to head to the airport, but they gave us lunch boxes. The reception staff were very friendly and attentive, and they spoke English.

Very helpful staff. Pick‑up at the airport was problematic because it didn’t turn up as expected. The return shuttle from the hotel to the airport was much better. Apart from the pickup at the airport there were no problems.

“Great place to stay and the room is clean and big”

Everything was great—staff were very helpful, some spoke English while others needed a translator. My room was huge, the bed very comfy, and the AC worked well. Breakfast was awesome and delicious. The hotel is close to the airport but a bit far from the city center, and I would highly recommend it. 5 *****

“Convenient stay around Guangzhou airport”

What I liked most was the 24‑hour shuttle bus service that took us directly from T2 Gate 43 to the hotel, though you have to keep an eye on the bus. It also offered good breakfast, and when we ran out of time the staff provided take‑away breakfast for us. I am very sensitive to cigarette smell and noticed it in the corridor and the lift; I’m not sure the hotel can do anything about it since it seems common in China.
